The Property

Northwest Lakes is a 55 plus Condominium Association community located in Lost Lakes. We are one of two communities located behind the Lost Lakes sign on SR 524 right off exit 202 on I-95. Northwest Lakes is a community made up of 250 double and triple wide manufactured Homes. The other community, Lost Lakes is comprised of 100 double and triple wide manufactured homes.

The community offers many programs for fun, health and socializing with your neighbors of both communities.
We are a gated community to which residents must enter a code for access. We also have night time security which patrols the entire community. Our residents are from all over the United states and Canada. We have year round residents and winter residents (snow birds). For those part-time residents with RVs or campers, there is an RV storage area, with limited parking spots. Our activities continue through the summer months for those who make their home here year round.

The Communtiy

The community is located within short driving distance to shopping, Port Canaveral (Cruise Terminals, camping area, and Cocoa beach), Orlando’s Disney World, Universal, and Sea World. We are also very close to four Hospitals that accept many forms of insurance and fire stations that are equipped for many emergencies with emergency responders.

All Lost Lakes communities Boards are elected officials which are all volunteers. Volunteers also help with the many activities that our residents participate in, Wednesday Breakfast, Veterans Breakfast, and other social events.

We have a monthly Newsletter which provides daily activities for the entire month along with a little personal information for everyone to share. The newsletter is distributed once a month to everyone by the end of the month. The newsletter lists the Board of Directors and the other activity volunteers, including their phone numbers.

The Amenities

Within the gates of Lost Lakes, we boast of our Clubhouse, which has a great dining room, fully equipped kitchen, library, exercise room, pool tables, and card room. Located just outside the clubhouse are the pool and spa. For outdoor activities, there is a tennis court, bocce court, and shuffle court.

Included with your monthly maintenance fee is the sprinkling system for watering your yard, which is drawn from the two lakes on the property. Also, Spectrum Premium basic cable TV supplies you with up to two large boxes. It is your choice of which large boxes you take (1 DVD and 1 large converter box or 2 large converter boxes). If you want any additional boxes, Spectrum will charge $7.50 per box. Any additional service you may want is the cost of the homeowner. Mowing, trimming, and edging service for the lawn is also included in your monthly fee.
